Her stammering and fear to talk to Pratap all felt so real that the first interview I saw of her as herself I was shocked that she is so bubbly and talkative. From her very opening scene her acting and expressions had mesmerized the audience.Her face is well known from her last show Ringa Ringa Roses and her various ads. Next, comes my favourite from the lot, Roshni Walia as Ajab De Punwar, the female Protagonist.
I would like to mention the scene after Pratap’s marriage when Chakrapani calls her in the corridor to take her away from Ajab De and also the scene where the Afgans attack them by the River. With very less screen presence overshadowed by the leads, these two proved their worth in certain scenes. TV buffs like me, and a lot others prefered seeing him dance with his cap on the stage but after this show people have more expectation from him as an actor.ģ. His expressions, dialogue delivery skills and war moves make you feel like you are watching an actorlong trained in the business. At 13, he mesmerized all with his act as the Mewar Ratna Maharana Pratap. Rajshree Thakur who playes Jaivanta Bai won critics hearts with her performance as Saloni, the likes of Shakti Anand as Udai Singh, Aashka Goradia as Dheerbai and also Anjali Rana as Hansa Bai.īut the main attraction was the male lead, DID winner and dancer, Faisal Khan.
